Lace and Ruffles

I'm having trouble photographing my photo images.  Wish I knew how to get the image without those funny lines on!  Anyway, I have used the beautiful Serena from The Stampsmith for a card for my Mother-in-Law and stamped her in Stampin' Up Soft Suede.   She is matted onto a circle cut with a Nestability Eyelet Circle, and I've used the same die for the circle on the base.  The bg paper is from K&Co Life's Journey pad and I've added some faux stitching and a little sentiment on the top (a freebie stamp from Crafty Individuals). I sewed some lace to a piece of ribbon and then ruffled it by sticking double-sided tape to my card and folding the ribbon on top.   The little doily behind the image is from Poppy's Cabin, the pearls from my stash and the flowers from Wild Orchid.
I'd like to enter my card in the following challenges:
A Gem of a Challenge - Christine's sketch
The Stampsmith - Celebrating Mothers
Bearly Mine - Vintage Easel
Creative Craft Challenges - Vintage/Distress
Bunny Zoe - Lace
Design Dollies - Time to Fold it Together
Kaboodle Doodles - Lots of Layers
Shabby Tearooms - Ruffled Up
Crazy for Challenges - Lots of flowers

What a lucky, lucky woman she is to be receiving this card.
Are you photographing in too bright an area or what about trying a different angle.
